Originally from Yorkshire, Victoria spent many years in London before making her long-awaited move to the Cotswolds – a place she and her family had always dreamed of calling home. She’s now happily settled in Bourton-on-the-Water, enjoying village life, countryside walks, and the charm of local pubs.
Victoria began her property career in 2002 as a Sales Negotiator in Chiswick before moving into Lettings in Battersea, where she quickly found her niche. Alongside her husband Andrew, she co-founded their own London agency, Snell & Snell, gaining broad experience across lettings, sales, and property management. In 2021, they sold the business to Chestertons and took on the exciting challenge of acquiring Harrison Hardie.
Victoria is passionate about delivering exceptional service and achieving the best results for clients. She’s proud to be part of a well-established local business and is committed to maintaining its strong reputation across the Cotswolds.
Andrew began his property career in 2003. Originally operating in the Home Counties, and hailing from Surrey, his early career took him from Ascot in Berkshire to Guildford and Farnham in Surrey, working across lettings, sales and land development. In 2010, London beckoned and he moved to take up a position managing a sales team for well-known high-end agency. In 2015, alongside his wife, Victoria, he co-founded Snell & Snell – a boutique sales and lettings agency based in Fulham. After 6 roller-coaster years that business was sold and the move to the North Cotswolds was complete in Spring 2021 when Harrison Hardie was acquired.
Andrew’s style is that of a straight talker. His mentality is to keep communication free flowing and always productive. His broad experience in the industry, and the witnessing of such change during that time, means he is remarkably well placed to think on his feet and create strategy, whilst putting clients at ease.
